About
the Modified Austin Healey Registry
PURPOSE:
The Modified Registry is a loosely knit group of individuals, American and
International, who enjoy Modified Healeys. Of interest are all cars that say
Healey and have other than Healey drive train components, or Healey drive
train components with a custom chassis and/or other extensive modificatons.
Many of
the larger Austin Healey clubs, and some smaller ones, recognize
the Modified group. Knowing that there is a group of us around the world
with the common interest of "A Little Faster" than the average Healey,
and that "FUN is the Name of the Game".
Hopefully we will be seeing more Modifieds at the various events.
GOALS:
A current Registry list available to all members
To be a
Technical Clearing House with periodic articles in the National Austin
Healey Club magazines and/or the WHEELSPINNER newsletter.
Photo and
Car Specifications album that would be available for display at an
event of a member.
A current list of Events of Interest to a Modified owner.
