Lew & Pat Foitek
Lew and Pat have been married for 30 years. They have two grown sons. Originally from Oklahoma, they now live in Carrollton, TX. They have camped throughout their marriage, first in tents, then in a pop-up when their boys were young. They have both been very active volunteers in their son's schools, their church, and their community. Lew was a Boy Scout leader for many years and Pat was always a room mother and the Crime Watch Chairman for many years. Lew worked for Ford Motor Co. for 30 years. Pat is a former teacher, salesperson, and full-time mom. When Lew retired in 2001, they bought their current 5th wheel trailer. Since retiring, they have spent two summers in Alaska. They worked part-time in a campground while traveling around the enormous state. Last year, they traveled to the Great Lakes area, the Northeastern US, Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick, Quebec, and Ontario, Canada. They plan to spend the summer of 2005in the Pacific Northwest. They will work part-time in a campground. They plan to follow the Lewis & Clark Trail and see as much of Washington and Oregon as their off hours will allow. |
