This years tour was a little longer than some of the past ones. We headed west to Flagstaff to spend some time at the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The weather was terrific and we had few problems with the Healeys. Bob & Lady Wadell, Don & Joyce Bundrant, Bobby Ward and Kay & I had a enjoyable time.
After stopping in Albuquerque to have dinner and also breakfast the next morning with Dave Porter we drove west to Flagstaff. After setting up base camp in Flagstaff we made the daily tours to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We also spent time in Flagstaff too. I think you can see from the pictures below that we had a great time.
Then it was back to Texas and a visit to Palo Duro Canyon . This was great because we could drive right down in the canyon. With all the river crossings and sites to see this would be a great weekend trip for those not wanting to drive too far.
If you enjoy Healey driving as we do you may want to make one of these tours.
